We charge a standard service fee that entails the following:

Service call and assessment fee, including up to 60-min labor & faultfinding. (Spares and Parts are not included. If we are unable to fix the problem, there's no charge)

For serious problems, we might do a quotation and come back to do the work (Because spending more than an hour on site, will result in us missing our following appointment)

No work will be done / No parts will be replaced without clearing it with the owner first.

If the owner cannot be present, we will keep him/her informed at all times via Whatsapp / text /voice.

This fee will include the report and a copy of our completed checklist that may be used for future reference or for insurance claims.

We charge a standard rate of R450 per hour afterwards

We guarantee honesty and full transparency.
- Houses: (Domestic property) - R650 R 550
- Schools, Creches and small businesses - R800 R 750
- Complex's (Communal property) - R950 R 850
- Corporate premises - R1200 R 1000
